Brief an das Au Pair

If you love the beach, sunshine and outdoors then our family may be your perfect match! We live at Peregian, of Queensland's Sunshine Coast, 10minutes from famous Noosa Heads and 1.5 hours from Brisane.

In return for your services you will receive a weekly allowance, a beautiful bedroom with private toilet and wash basin (shared bathroom) overlooking tropical gardens, food, free Internet and local phone calls.

Au Pair Unterbringung

We have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The aupair's room is a double sized room with is own entrance overlooking a tropical garden of palms. The room has a queen size bed, desk, washbasin, built in wardrobe and private toilet. There is a large bathroom in the main house you would share with other family members.

The home is 2 minutes from public transport, 5 minutes from the local beach and village square. If you ride a bike it is a 20minute ride.

Job Beschreibung

Both myself and the children's father work full time and whilst the boys are very independent they need someone to be at home before and after school. There would be some evening meal preparation and minimal cleaning and washing duties.

The ideal person
The three boys are aged 9, 11 and 13. They are typical boys who like to push the boundaries therefore we need someone that can be firm but consistent with their manner.

Confident Cook
Two of the boys have allergies to dairy, eggs and nuts. The ideal person should be confident enough to cater for their dietary needs when preparing meals. in all cases this simply means avoiding or using substitutes such as rice milk, soy etc.

First Aid Training
First aid training or the ability to undertake prior to joining our family is essential as is training to use an epipen (this should be covered during first aid training). Whilst we have never had to administer an epipen the allergies are potentially life threatening. Both the two older boys have been trained.

Confident and Outgoing
The ideal person should be confident enough to make decisions day to day, prioritise daily chores and know when to take breaks to enjoy our beautiful environment we live in. You should be confident driving a manual vehicle (Subaru forester Ltd) which will be yours to use.

Lastly the ideal applicant would be fun and enjoy being part of an active outdoor family. We spend a lot of time at the beach and whilst you should be a confident swimmer we will help you get familiar with beach safety.
