Dear family,
My name is Georgia Witton, I am an English student currently studying International Business Management in Worcester. Alongside my degree I also work as a swimming instructor working with children, adults including working with those with both physical and learning disabilties. As part of my job I am responsible for the safety and enjoyment of my swimmers. Working with children is something that I thoroughly enjoy and is a large factor for why I want to bee your au pair.
In regards to my experience in languages, I have six years experience speaking and studying Spanish, and would take this opportunity to increase my confidence in the language and refresh my memory. Whilst at university I have also taken languages as part of my degree and can speak basic French and German.
As previously mentioned I am a fully trained swimming instructor as well as a lifeguard and a fully qualified first-aider. Swimming is also an interest of mine and something I hope I can share with any children in my care. My previous work experience also includes working for a charity which provide activities for children with learning disabilities and I have a large amount of experience with children with autism. I also ran a summer activity club last summer providing sports classes and crafts for children from the hours of nine till five.
I believe that my experience, enthusiasm and knowledge make me an ideal candidate of an au pair scheme over the summer months. I particularly look forward to sharing your culture and taking this opportunity to learn more about the environment I will be living in.
