Hi! My name is Stefani, and I am a recent American college-graduate. I am 22 years old, and I am very interested in the Au Pair program after speaking with my friend about the opportunity to become an Au Pair! I definitely would like to move to Europe, because I am fascinated by the culture, especially the French language. I have been studying French for 3 years, and have a great grasp on the language and speak it daily in my classes, as well as during my month long trip to Europe. I recently made a trip to France to study abroad for a month, and fell in love with the country and the life-long friends that I made. I would take the opportunity to submerse myself in the European culture as well as broaden your children's' horizons by teaching them about myself and my American background and culture. Experience

I have worked in child care for a couple of years, as well as growing up with a large family. Since I am the oldest child, I currently have siblings ranging from 19 years to 1.5 years old. My mother was a stay at home babysitter while I was growing up, so I have spent most of my life around children at every age level. Also, I mentioned that I used to work in child care over a duration of a couple of years. I was a child care attendant at a gym, as well as a country club. I also have a long history of babysitting neighborhood children, as well as for a family I met during my job at the country club. While the parents on vacation, I lived in the house with the children for 5 days and was responsible for them for the entire duration of the week.

I also would enjoy to become an Au Pair somewhere in Europe, because I have babysat during my month spent in Bourges, in France. I really enjoyed practicing my French with the kids, while helping them to improve their English as well. I know that a lot of parents are interested in English speaking Au Pairs to help teach their children, and I would find this extremely rewarding and fun, seeing as how I was able to have the opportunity to already do so. I babysat with my friend who I was visiting, who was living in Bourges at the time. We would babysit multiple nights of the week for a few hours at a time, but would be responsible for feeding, bathing, dressing, and entertaining the children the whole time.
