Dear Parents：
I am happy to attend this program and shall begin with my self-introduction. My name is Christy Li. I just graduated from Chung Yuan Christian University, major in international trade. There are five people in my family. My father is a driver of kindergarten. And my mother works in tailoring. My sister and brother are college students. But they don’t live with me and my parents. Due to their universities are far away from my hometown, they need to live in school. I am the elder child in my family. But I never leave my home. I live with my parents in my academic years. Because I want to accompany them and save some life expenses.
Besides professional knowledge, I also have a wide range of hobbies. I love reading, listening to music and watching movies. I have my active side as well. I enjoy hiking, traveling and getting close to Nature a lot. I believe we must achieve a sense of balance in my lives. As to my personality, I am creative, optimistic, determined, willing to help others and down to earth. About my school life and experience about taking care children. In my academic years, I really enjoy participating in school activities; I not only make many friends and have lots of fun but also gain many different valuable experiences. In my holiday, I have four years experiences past-time job in Childcare for take care eight to twelve years old children. I think my advantage is reading traditional stories to Children. And they all like that very much. By the way, I also have some experiences about Mathematical tutor.
What motivated me to apply for this plan? I found Au Pair plan in my college. It is attractive me. I believe this is an unusual opportunity for me to join different culture lifestyle and I could learn how different education between western countries and eastern countries. I learned a line from my English teacher, which is “Not until you give it a try will you not know the result.” I got passion and expectation to myself, and wish you would give me an opportunity to make my dream come true. My mind is very exciting and nerves. This is means that I should be stronger and braver while facing the new environment. I believe I can finish this one-year program, under the support and bless of my family. I will have my full responsibilities for this mission. And there is going to have a happy experience when I took back in my life.
