Letter To Family

Over the course of the year I have visited Norway on multiple occasions and have realized that I have felt most at home with the Norwegian people. I chose to make my way into the country as an au pair primarily because I love children and I know im a tidy person with good habits. I was raised by a large family and appreciate them for providing me with someone that was able to cook for me and help with the daily activities. Because of them I believe I can help a family raise a family while continuing my education there.
I am currently finishing up my studies in political science at Florida Atlantic University. After that I would like to continue into maritime law and then work for a government agency either here in the states or there in Norway.
I have had many years of experience looking after children, throughout high school I looked after several children on weeknights as a part time job and also coordinated a children ice skating program. As part of a graduation requirement we were also asked to participate in volunteering, I chose to volunteer at the local grade school where I became the teacher’s assistant to children with disabilities. i speak spanish and am willing to learn other languages. my objective in finding a family is one who will be caring and outgoing. i would like to be considered more of an older sister or at least part of a team.
