Letter To Family

Dear family,
My name is Alina. I was born on December 2, 1992 in Kazakhstan.
My mum Nataly (she is 42) and my dad (he is 41) are the most wonderful people in the world. They have been together for 16 years already. First, they were just friends, and then they got married. My father is an engineer at a construction pany. My mother is a financial manager. They work a lot and like to travel very much. They are my true friends.
We live in one of the most ecologically clean and beautiful cities of Russia - in Belgorod. Its population is about 400 000 people. The climate in Belgorod is moderate. There are 5 higher educational establishments in our city. In one of them - Belgorod State University - I do tourism and social and cultural service.
In summer 2011, I had a perfect opportunity to get some experience in my specialization. I worked in hotel “Cezars” in Turkey and one of my responsibilities was to arrange kids’ entertainment. My previous experience at entertainment agency “Zabava” helped me a lot as it specializes in all kinds of celebrations for kids. I have been working for the pany for about 2 years already and since February 2011 after having done special courses I have been the pany’s part-time accountant as well. It is very important for a student to earn a bit of pocket money, but what is more important for me is to see children’s happy faces.
After my graduation, I am planning to work as a service manager in a hotel, travel around the world and to bee a good wife and a caring mother. I believe one should work hard to bee a good specialist - study a lot, learn foreign languages and culture. To bee a good mother one should learn how to take care of children and understand them. Those are the reasons for me to participate in au pair program.
