I'm young, at only 19 years of age but I can't say I'm a typical 19 year old. I grew up in Africa (Mozambique and Kenya) until I was 8 years old. This experience has been key to my development (in mind and spirit); Africa will forever be in my heart. I then lived in the Philippines (my native land) until I was 17. I did not enjoy my time there but now I know that it was relevant to my journey of life! The last ~3 years I have spent in my home country, USA, studying and travelling.
I am Filipina with US citizenship with a very culturally diverse background. I love travelling, love different cultures, love meeting new people and most importantly, love children!
Family is extremely important to me and mine has played a big role in my life thus far and it would be my honour to help and be apart of yours!
The reason why I want to bee an au pair or a nanny is because I think it would be a positive experience in every way. I can provide my natural ability to help and care for children while being able to travel and see a different city, country and place! It has always been my dream to go to Europe...since I have been to Africa, Asia and America already.

I have never been an Au Pair before but I have had to take care of my little brother while growing up and my cousins while I was in Seattle for almost 3 months. In Seattle I had to drive them to school, cook for them and help them with their homework as their mother was very busy. It was a great time, and it is one of the reasons why I feel I can be a good Au Pair for the right family :)
Some basic skills I come with are: I can drive, I can cook, I can help with homework (I like to teach!), I can clean, I can help with art or singing!
