Dear host family,
My name is Cristina. I lived in Valencia, Spain with my parents and 15 year old sister until last year when I moved out to study my degree at the University of Cambridge, in the UK. Having attended a british school since the age of 3, I am bilingual and would love to talk to your kids in either Spanish or English , as you prefer (or catalan if you wish!). I also have a good level of French and sat the TestDaf for the German language. I really love spending time with children and have volunteered in different organisations, including one where we had to help take care of disabled children, as well as worked as a personal tutor of 4 different children for over two years. I am very sociable and easy to get on with. I can find the balance between being a responsible adult taking care of a child and a friend that child enjoys playing with. I love playing football and drawing as well as travelling and getting to know new people and cultures.
