I live in Columbus, Ohio and currently I work as an ESL/English as a second language teacher's aid. I am starting my second year of working with middle school aged kids. However, I worked as a nanny for the past 4 years with 2 wonderful families. I have also worked as an ESL tutor with 3rd, 4th and 5th graders in an after school program for about 1 school year. Working with kids isn't just a job but the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences in life. Children remember and appreciate things us adults take for granted. I generally enjoy being around and talking with kids because they are genuinely honest and I respect that. I have never been an aupair but I did visit Milano and Venice this summer and fell in love with Italian culture. I am also taking Italian language as my foreign language for my Bachelors in English Literature.
