Dear au pair,

We settled down in Geneva five years ago, Alexander's hometown, after nine years of field assignement for humanitarian organisations. We live in Alexander's family house, an 18th century countryside house located on the outskirts of Geneva. We are happy, creative, extraverted, sociable and fussy people, far from the stiff Swiss cliché. We are offering you to take care of beautiful children while living your life pretty independently during your free time. The most important to us is that we can rely on you but also that you enjoy yourself.

Alojamiento para el/la Aupair

The au pair will live in the upper floor of our house, she has a small sleeping room, separate bath and toilets, and a studio to study and relax. There is plenty of space and privacy but you must feel at ease in an old family home. We live 20 minutes from the city center by bus or bicycle.

Descripción del trabajo

We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous au pair to help Maliza taking care of two lovely children and a newborn as from next September. Alexandre travels frequently, so our au pair needs to feel at ease being in charge while Maliza works. We expect a girl who is sporty, likes outdoors living and is creative. Our children are fairly easy going but they are full of energy and therefore require somebody who can follow the rythm. The au pair would mainly take care of the children in the afternoons, her evenings and week end would be free but we expect flexibility from her and are flexible ourselves. She is expected to contribute to cooking and cleaning on the side.
