I would like that they will speak english as much as they can. The aupair shoult think only to them, wake them up, prepare them to the school,(then the morning is free until lunch time), prepare and have lunch with them, in the afternoon stay with lorenzo when he is free from sports, play, speak, do the homework with him, accompaing to sport, and in the evening dine with them.
