Hello,
My name is Urszula and I am from Canada, living on the outskirts of Toronto. As much as I love home, I am in desperate need of adventure. Last year I was studying abroad in England. It was heaven; having the opportunity to meet new people, experience a different culture and appreciate the constant presence of art and history, was wonderful. During my stay in England, I was able to visit many other countries, including Spain and France. Both were magical. I would like to return to these two places especially since I am interested in learning Spanish and French.
I myself speak English and Polish fluently, with a very basic knowledge of French.

Presently I am working as a teacher at a holistic private school. I work with children from ages 3 - 12. I love my job. I adore the children. They have a constant curiosity and eagerness to understand. They embody the core of learning. And don't get me started on their imaginations! I teach them by making them laugh, by taking them on adventures and by telling them stories. I am always full of stories.
I do want to bee an actress in the future, and so story telling is right up my ally.
But I am not the only one doing the teaching. They teach me everyday. They motivate me in my own work and in my own learning.

Je m'appelle Urszula. J'habite en Canada. Je parle anglais et polonaise. Mon niveau d'francais n'est pas trčs bon, mais il serait magnifique si pouvais apprendre. Au debut il sera tres difficile, mais j' apprends vite.

I teach children from ages 3 - 12, instructing them in English, mathematics, theatre and visual arts. This school practices a holistic approach to education - the curriculum, therefore, uses physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual approaches to learning. Teacher's Assistant. (September 2009-2010)
During high school, I assisted teaching drama the to younger grades in the school. This entitled me to aid the teacher in tasks such as organizing lesson plans and mentor students. When the teacher was absent, I ran the lessons.

Fine Art's Instructor (2008 - present)
I teach visual arts at the Newmarket School of Fine Art. The job consists of me being fully responsible over many given tasks such as teaching, child care and maintaining a safe learning environment.
