Dear Family,
I hope all of you are having a good time and in need of someone like me to join your family daily life. I want to be part of your family by caring for children; help them prepare for school, pick them up from school, play and having fun with them (singing, dancing, playing in the park, drawing and read stories, or even only a nice conversation). I’m good with babies, under ten children, and also teenage girl. I can do light house work: cleaning, washing and ironing, and simple cooking (but I’d love to learn something more complicated  ). I also love pets, but not reptile or cats.

I am looking for a live-in arrangement with a host family, which would be happy to have me stay with and work for them for 1 year or more . I would also prefer looking after children aged between 6 months to 13 years. Lastly, although I am quite flexible, I would prefer to have working hours that would allow me to attend language classes.
I speak fluent English, basic Italian, and I wish to speak your language soon. As an Indonesian, I speak Bahasa Indonesia and Malay as well.

I wish to start my au pair on July 2012, or depend on the immigration process.

I would be happy to have the opportunity to discuss with you: to answer whatever questions you may have about me or my childcare experiences, to learn more about your family; your interests and to know more about what you expect from the au pair arrangement.

Опыт работы с детьми

I grew up in a family of 5; My father, My Mum, and I’m the eldest of three, I have a younger brother ( Jaya, 25) and a sister (Yona 23). We have a strong relationship because we have a very nice childhood. When we were kids, our parents used to work until late afternoon every day, and i used to look after them because we didn’t have babysitter or other people with similar tasks. I pick them from school, cook for them, clean our house, play with them and also other children in the neighborhood, and help with their homework.

After I left home for study, I also used to spend time with children; most of them are my cousins. I am very responsible with children, i love them and I know how to deal with them. My parents taught to respect rules within a community and polite behavior.

Currently, I’m working in Indonesia as a project team leader in World Vision International, an International non-profit organization which works are focused on children well being. Through my project, we train primary school teachers in remote villages about teaching method and tools (like TALULAR- teaching and Learning Using Local Available Resources, and AJEL-Active Joyful Effective Learning) to increase the quality of education in villages and to decrease school drop out; many children leave primary school not because their parents can’t afford it (primary school is free) but because they don’t spend good time while learning at school.
