I love working with kids, the way they think and view the world makes me value life and not take anything for granted. And on top of that I’m a very responsible young adult who doesn’t mind running errands or cleaning along with other au pair duties you may require. So, by choosing me, as I would like to call it, your new family member, you will get a very open minded and outgoing person who takes responsibility and accountability. I use the phrase “new family member”, because I set goals and expectations for myself to do my job the best way possible, so the family that’s employing me end up seeing me as a member of the family instead of an worker, and me seeing them as a family rather than an employer. One way I can achieve this, is by learning and understanding the family norms and values and to the best of my ability try to blend in.
