Dear host Family,
My name is Gisele, I'm 27 years old, I live in Fortaleza, capital of the state of Ceará, Brazil. I love to live here for being a place with very receptive people with great parks, and many cultural events, always taste to leave here with my friends for shopping malls, cinemas, theaters, parks and shows. I live with my mother, Francisca, 48, she works as a nurse in a public hospital in my city, she´s a responsible and very careful person with our family. I have 3 brothers, Izabele, 26, João Pedro, 24 and Giovani, 22, João and Giovani live in another city in my state to study and work, only my sister who lives with me and my mother. My mom are very friendly and understanding, but they are strict when the subject is education and good manners, that’s why I grew up very responsible and polite.

My family supports me a lot in relation to my trip to another country, because they know that it will be very important for my life, it is very good to have an experience elsewhere. In this way, I can grow more as an independent person, improve my English and French, and I am also willing to learn a new language, I am always open to new opportunities and possibilities. I also want to learn about your wonderful culture! I usually spend my free time listening to music, studying, watching television, movies and series, embroidering and doing dyi. I love staying at home with my cats and dog and spending time with my family.

I would describe myself as an open-minded, patient and outgoing person, my family and friends say that I am very friendly. I also enjoy cooking, singing and dancing. I love to travel, no matter the place, I always enjoy the trip! I am finishing my graphic design college later this year, I have been working as an art director in an advertising agency since 2019, I get along very well with my co-workers, we have an extremely friendly relationship.

My experiences with children started early when I had my cousins, since I was 10 years old I started taking care of them. At 19 I started to babysit part-time, until just before the pandemic I worked as a babysitter on weekends (on weekends as a way to adapt my routine as I work weekly at my job in an advertising agency). Before the pandemic, I helped an organization of needy animals, where I went every 15 days to help clean the place and animals.

I decided to become an Au Pair because I hope this experience can help improve my skills in other languages, and also with children of other nationalities, and living, working and studying in another country would be great to add experiences. I would also like to travel abroad and learn about European culture and share experiences with you. I think it would be fascinating to get to know another country and another culture working, studying and living there. I want to do my best job and take care of your children as if they were my own children. I want to give them all my care and knowledge and I would do it in a loving and caring way.
