Hi. my name is Ester.
I'm an 18-19-year-old girl who loves children, after spending most of my life with younger siblings I know firsthand what sibling dynamics can be like. Even tho I sometimes hate my siblings I will always love them and have their best interest at heart. Any child that I happen to have under my care is going to get the same treatment, meaning that no matter what I will always have their best interests at heart and acct accordingly.

I've always had a love for children and always planned on going into an occupation where I deal with children on the regular. After many a conversation with my parents and teachers I've had during the years, I realized that being an au pair seems like something I would love to do.

After years spent looking after my siblings and younger cousins as well as being one of the leaders at camps for children, and having had the education for that (a so-called leader course) I have encountered many a situation and diffused them.
