We live in our own house in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland. Alex started school in 2022. While the house is in town the school is in the neighbouring town (Westport), so a driving licence is a must. There is a car at Your disposition, even when You would like it for private use.

You will have Your own room but we hope You participate in the family activities.

Public transport is not far away (train and bus to be reached within one to two km), but public transport in Ireland is difficult. Schools are not far away but language classes are not easily attainable. Aniko learnt her English by attending evening classes for accountancy, this way You learn a language away from all the mistakes other foreigners make and learn the social behaviour in the new culture.

Castlebar is on the west-coast of Ireland, periods of draught do not exist in this part of the world and the Airport of Dublin (the only real one for international travel) is on the other side of the island. Traveling there takes the bigger part of a day.
