Dear Au Pair, we are an international family of three, our nine years old son Julian who was born in the UK, his Chinese mum and his German dad. We live in leafy North London right on London's most beautiful park, Hampstead Heath. We both work full time, and the dad's job involves quite some travelling abroad. We are a very open and welcoming family, and have made good experiences with Au Pairs of various origins and beliefs. Julian is fluent in German (and English of course ;-). We encourage the Au Pair to take a language school, arts course or whatever they like to do while with us. The Au Pair will have its own bedroom with own bathroom/toilette. We treat him or her like an additional family member and the Au Pair is welcome to join activities whenever she/he wants to. Duties would be mainly looking after our son (bring him to school, pick him up, support homework, after school activities) and helping with the household (preparing dinner during weekdays) - think of being Julian's big sister and think of what you would do at home as well. Besides pocket money we will also sponsor a London travel pass.
