Dear Future Au Pair,

Welcome, and thank you for considering becoming part of our family! We are looking for a capable, responsible, and flexible person to help support us in our day-to-day life. We hope to find someone who is smart, practical, and able to manage both childcare and housework with a positive and proactive attitude.

We live in Sevenoaks, a beautiful, green, and safe town in Kent, just outside London. Our home is in a quiet area just a short, easy 15-minute walk to the station, along a safe and pleasant route. From there, trains to London Bridge take only 24 minutes, and Charing Cross about 30 minutes. Trains run every 10 to 20 minutes, so getting into central London is quick and convenient.

We live close to Knole Park, a stunning historic park full of deer and walking paths—perfect for relaxing or exercising. The town center is nearby, with plenty of shops and cafés, and there are language schools in Sevenoaks if you’d like to improve your English. We also have bikes at home that you’re welcome to use.

We want you to feel at home and settled, but we’re also clear about expectations: we’re looking for someone who wants to work, contribute, and help us stay organized in our busy family life.
