Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Au Pair,

thanks for taking the time to read our profile and for considering us as your future family.

We are Jacqueline, Juergen, Philipp, Christopher and Eric and we are an easygoing family living in Durmersheim in the southwestern part of Germany, just south of the city of Karlsruhe.

We are looking for you to become part of our family and being an older sister for our three lovely boys - starting in ideal case in June/July 2022. We are flexible concerning the time you will stay with us, however would appreciate if you could stay at least 10 months.

We usually plan our weekends in a way, that we do not require your support on those days so that you can plan Saturdays and Sundays as you like or join us at family trips we do.

When being with us you are very welcome to enjoy the surroundings and beautiful landscapes like the valley of the river Rhein or the Black Forrest.
In case you rather are a city-person Karlsruhe (10km) is not far away and also cities like Heidelberg, Stuttgart, Freiburg or Strassburg in France (all approximately 1 hour away) are suitable for day-trips.

We are looking for an Au Pair who wants to immerse into German life, culture and environment and sees herself as part of our family.
Beyond it would be beneficial if you would have some basic German language skills already, although we are quite good in English, too.

If you like taking care for children and if we sound like your kind of family, we are looking forward to hear from you!
Sincerely Yours,

Eric, Christopher, Philipp, Jacqueline & Juergen

- Feeding,

- Accompanying / picking up Eric from his kindergarden.

Eric, Christopher and Philipp usually are in their kindergarten / schools in the mornings until the early afternoon so that you have a lot of time for yourself during the mornings (during school time).
