Hello! I'm Amanda, 24 years old. I've been studying English since I was 10 years old. I'm from the north of Brazil, in the Amazon region. I was born in Manaus, but I currently live in the countryside of another state, where I work as a lawyer. I graduated at 22 and as soon as I passed the Bar Exam I started working, but at the moment I don't feel fulfilled in my career, because, to be honest, I don't like spending my whole day on the computer. The reason I want to be an au pair is precisely to disconnect from screens for a while and live creating moments and sharing smiles and games with your children, who I will take great care of. When I was in college, I worked in a restaurant in the kids' section, where parents would leave their children to play and be taken care of by me, so they had more time to talk to their friends. I loved this job, which I only worked three days a week, which was Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I know that the decision to open the doors of your home and entrust your precious children to someone is a huge one, and I want to show you how much that trust would be well placed in me. In addition to my experience and passion for children, I bring with me a genuine desire to integrate into your family, not just as a help, but as a friend and partner in the growth and well-being of your children. My passion for children is the foundation of everything I do. I have proven experience caring for children of different ages, from infancy to adolescence, and I understand the different needs and developmental stages of each of them.
