My name is Teja, and I am a first-year student of Pedagogy and Andragogy. I have been working with children for several years now, and this experience has shaped my passion for helping young minds grow and develop. At the age of 16, I began volunteering as a leader for a scout group, a role I continue to cherish to this day. A few years later, I became part of the leadership team in the scouting organization of our town and took on the position of *Načelnica MČ Družine*. In this role, I not only oversee activities for children in grades one through five but also support other leaders, helping them improve their skills and perform their roles more effectively. Scouting in our community is entirely volunteer-driven, and I truly enjoy being a part of this initiative, as helping others brings me great joy.

During the summer holidays, I also worked as an animator in a vacation childcare program. I planned a variety of fun yet educational activities for children, ensuring that each week was centered around a new and exciting theme. These activities included creative workshops, sports, visits to local organizations, and educational projects. Through these experiences, I’ve honed my skills in organization, creativity, and building meaningful connections with children.

I am eager to become an Au Pair and Nanny because I have always enjoyed working with children. This opportunity not only allows me to continue doing what I love but also offers a chance to gain new experiences and broaden my perspective.
