Mie (20 / Ms. ), Danish, Student - High School living in Denmark looking for Au Pair job in Australia & New Zealand for 3-6 Months

While I was in high school I worked as a babysitter here in Denmark for the last couple of years. The children's ages have varied from 1-11 years old. I have often babysat two young boys around 5-8 years old. We usually spent time on the trampoline, playing with their cars, baking, playing soccer, etc.

In August 2022 I moved to Berlin, where I worked as an au pair for 4 months. I took care of 3 kids at the ages - 3, 11 and 13. With the smallest boy, we spend most of our time at different playgrounds around Berlin, or we went to the ZOO quite a few times. With the 11-year-old girl, we took shopping trips, played with makeup, went swimming or painted or painted on ceramics at a local cafe. The oldest boy kept more to himself but was always ready for a trip to the ice cream shop.

In January I moved to Israel-Palestine for 1,5 months to help with a toddler with muscle dystonia. We also went to playgrounds and on trips, even though the activities were a bit more chill since he is physically challenged.

Since moving back to Denmark, I have worked in my local Kindergarten (ages 1-6) and loved working there. I am going to miss the children a lot when im going to Højskole.

I would love to live in another country and experience their everyday life. I loved living in Berlin and Israel-Palestine, and feel ready to move a bit further from home now.
