Dear host family!

My name is Anya and I'm 25 years old. I currently live in Switzerland and plan to move to Canada in July 2025. I will be graduating in June with a Bachelor of Education and have worked with children ages 6 to 18 throughout my studies.

My experience goes beyond teaching; I have babysat for children ages 0-10 for several years, tutored students of all grades, mentored apprentices during my career at an international insurance company, and coached a junior team in our equestrian club. I have also led various outdoor camps, e.g., instructor in a ski camp, various school camps, riding camps (e.g., leading trail rides, lessons, and general group activities).

Throughout my life, I have learned how impactful educating and guiding young people is and have found a real passion for it. Being an Au-Pair & Nanny allows me to fully live out my passion.

I am fluent in English and German and intermediate in French. Thanks to my teacher training, I am proficient in tutoring and teaching other subjects as well.

Other than that, I love being outdoors! Whether it be biking, hiking, swimming, beach volleyball or rock climbing, I love being active and hopefully can enjoy the outdoors with your child/ren too!
