Letter to the family

Hello,

I am currently trying to start move to asia to start a fresh life and learn and appreciate their rich cultures that I appreciate. I am age 25, Muslim, somali woman, single, raised in the united states, currently unemployed, looking to start a new career working with kids or elderly, and I want to work in asia, so I felt trying out aur pair or turoring for a host family would be a great idea. I hope to develop a good experience abroad and meet new people and help a family by caring for their children so they can fulfil their goals of meeting their individual career or personal goals as they try to balance it with being parents. I've worked with a family before as a live in childcare provider for their two children, one child being a special needs child, while they went to school and work. I have experience working in various fields and with all age groups. I have non-degree teaching qualities as I worked as a supplemental instructor and mentor in college, and also outside of work, I tutored children and adults before. English is my second language but I am proficient in it at the same level of my first language of somali. I'm hoping to visit south korea as I appreciate their culture and it's very similar to many of my own culture and I hope to gain the experience to work abroad in asia soon. I believe the candidate should host me because I am a very dignified and moral person whom they can trust and have faith will do the proffessional work in a respectful manner, I am very detailed, logical so I make decisions based on logic and rationale and not rash emotions without thinking, I can balance many activities at home from cooking cleaning to tutoring and calming down children as I raised my nephews for years since they were born and daycared for many families for free as a friend and then had a proffessional job as a childcare provider for 2 years for a family, in a program similar to au pair, where I lived with them and took care of their home and kids when they were home and away, I have teaching and mentoring skills personally and proffessionally so I can interact very patiently with those who are learning and teach them based on their learning styles, I can read and understand human emotions and their personalities right away so this helps me be a better caregiver to anyone, I am introvert, quiet and mind my own business and always focus on getting the work done properly and safely, my greatest focus as a employee is safety, making sure my customers are safe and comfortable, I am a woman but physically very strong so I can protect my customers from any harm, I care a lot about humanity so creating businesses to help others such as the poor and needy is my future path and going to asia is my dream as I want to start my new career paths there, for I love their culture and how respectful and calm they are as I am very calm and articulate myself.

Experience

I've worked in a similar job before and my employer was my college, Normandale Community College, it was a great program where I worked as a live-in childcare provider for this family, where I took care of their two children, one child being a special needs child, while they went to school and work. I'm excellent with household chores and cleaning and had a cleaning job at Fairview Hospital in 2017 as a Nutrition Assistant. I am very creative and good at cooking and can learn any recipe to cater to my customers. I'm personally self conscious of my body, diet, and health so I have a strong and healthy body where eating clean good food is important to me and I would care for the nutrition of the children or elderly I care for. I have experience working in various fields and with all age groups. I have non-degree teaching qualities as I worked as a supplemental instructor and mentor in college, and also outside of work, tutored children and adults before. English is my second language but I am proficient in it just like my first language of somali. I'm hoping to visit south korea as I appreciate their culture and it's very similar to many of my own and I hope to gain the experience to work abroad in asia soon. Email is best contact. Thank you.
