Hello, I am Holly a 24-year-old female from Australia! I have graduated from my Bachelor of Education (Primary R-7)/Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University. I have worked as a Reception, 5/6 teacher and relief teacher from Reception to year 12. I am passionate about giving young people great educational, wellbeing and general lifelong outcomes. I would love to be able to experience other countries, which still pursuing my passion of working with young people. I have had numerous experiences working with young people as a babysitter, Student Support Officer (SSO), Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) educator and educator. I am confident, passionate, creative, fun, caring, kind and have a passion for working with children. I belie these are all qualities that will make me a great Au Pair/Nanny for your family.

Year 5/6 Teacher – Flagstaff Hill Primary School (October 2023 – December 2023)
o Working 2 days a week in a 5/6 classroom

o Teaching literacy intervention – Trained in the MiniLit Sage Intervention program. I taught 6 lessons a week with students from year 1 and 2, to assist in improving their literacy skills for the mainstream classroom environment. This role involved working alongside the principal and assistant principal to asses’ students through pre-testing, progress monitoring, cumulative reviews, assessment and report writing.

OSHC Educator (April 2019 - April 2020)
Duties included:
o Assisting students with homework
o Interacting with the children before/after school and the school holidays excursions.
o Preparing food, cleaning, admin
o Adhering to National Guidelines


Babysitter/Nanny for family of three (from 2018 to current)
On a weekly basis I babysat for a family of three children. My duties included:
o Cooking dinner
o Making and packing lunches
o Games and entertainment
o Assisting with homework
o Around the house chores
o Driving children to their sports and after school activities


I would love the opportunity to become an Au Pair/Nanny abroad as I want to experience new countries and different cultures. I have always wanted to travel and I believe there is not better way to immerse myself into the culture of other countries by being able to live and work in different places. I have a passion for learning and would also love to learn more about the language and culture of the country I will be in.
