Hello,

I hope you all are having a wonderful day. My name is Kylie, I’m currently a sophomore in college studying to be a fashion photographer! I would say I’m a social and creative spirit, ready for whatever the world throws at me.

When I first heard about Au Pair’s I thought it was too good to be true. The idea of traveling to a new part of the world knowing that a stable job and housing awaits you sounded like a dream. I really love to meet new people and form connections, I know that whichever sweet family I end up with will treat me as one of their one and we will broaden each other’s perspectives on life. I also have never traveled before and it’s been my dream for years. I want to finally get out there and experience life.

I believe that my kind nature, responsible attitude, and fun spirit will allow you to take a step back and feel more comfortable to live your own lives (separate from the kids!) As a kid with a single mom, I know how it is to make your kids your whole life. It’s important to put ourselves first sometimes. Then when you are done doing your own thing, you can come back and focus on enjoying the little moments with your kids, ones that are often lost because stressful life gets in the way!

In addition to the single mom, I also have three other siblings that I have helped raise their whole lives. I’m the oldest sibling so, kind of like a second parent. I know the signs when a kid is sad, I’m able to discipline in a way that actually works (gentle and firm), and I am able to keep up with their crazy imaginative minds!! One of my brothers also has Down syndrome, so if your child has special needs, I am able to take on that responsibility as well. In conclusion, I hope that this lends you some idea of my personality and nannying ways. I really hope that I could be a good fit for your kids and family.
