Dear Family,

My name is Leyre, but you can address me as Less. I’m a 19 year old girl who loves art and children. I’m part of a big, modern family and the second youngest child of 5 siblings, the youngest being 8 years old.

I graduated high school in a specialty of scenic arts, being my love for the crafts, theatre, music, dance and makeup my biggest inspiration, although now I am starting my journey to study Counselling online at the Open University.
I’ve always been really outgoing and open minded, finding it easy to make new friends and learning new cultures and languages. That’s how I learnt and improved my english in the first place, by making lots of internet friends that I’m still close to to this day. I’m even starting to learn portuguese because my stepmom is Brazilian!

My dream has always been living in the United Kingdom as I’ve always felt dragged to it. The two times I’ve visited London, I felt like home, as if I was supposed to be there. Talking in english felt natural and refreshing and seeing the beautiful architecture and nature felt straight out of a movie, as if I was daydreaming.

I have loved kids and wanted kids of my own since I have memory. Their energy and joy and innocence lights up my face every time they smile, that’s why I enjoy spending time with my little brother so much and why I’ve worked as a nanny since I was 17 years old, taking care of babies and children between 0 and 10 years old, including neurodivergent kids.
