Letter to the family

-Who am I?:
My name is Rebecca, I am 19 years old, I am Brazilian and I am passionate about learning and growing in all areas of life. I was recently accepted into the Medical Physics course at one of the most respected public universities in Brazil, thanks to my academic dedication. I also obtained a score of 920 on the ENEM essay, the largest national exam in Brazil, which assesses writing skills, critical thinking and argumentation. This score is comparable to an internationally recognized level of academic excellence.
I am a Christian and I believe that children are one of the greatest values that God has entrusted to us. Caring for them with love, patience and responsibility is, for me, a privilege. My experience in leading young people in the church and participating in educational projects has helped me develop this sensitivity and commitment.
-Why do I want to be an Au Pair?:
I decided to be an Au Pair because I see it as an enriching exchange. I offer your family my dedication, responsibility and love for childcare, while learning from you about the local culture, values and language. This exchange will be essential for me to adapt to the European environment and be prepared to start my academic life here, contributing as much as I have learned and will continue to learn.
-Why should my family host me?:
Taking care of children is a huge responsibility, as they are a family's greatest treasure. I understand the importance of entrusting this mission to someone who values this responsibility as much as you do. As someone who values education, affection and safety, I am ready to create a positive and welcoming environment for your children, where they feel loved and safe.
More than just taking care of them, I want to bring value to the family's routine, helping them in their moments of learning, playing and growing. I believe that this exchange of experiences will be enriching not only for me and your children, but for the entire family. My goal is for you to see me as an ally, someone you can count on, not only for my work, but also for the trust and values that I share.
-Why am I qualified for the position?
My academic background reflects my dedication. I have participated in physics and astronomy competitions, such as the Brazilian Astronomy and Astronautics Olympiad (OBA) and the Brazilian Rocket Olympiad (OBAFOG), where I won national medals. In some of these events, I have achieved first place podiums, which has given me the opportunity to travel to cities such as Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, participating in these challenges that have always fascinated me. These events have not only taught me to be disciplined and responsible, but also to work as a team and to deal with different situations, always with focus and dedication.
In Brazil, as a church leader, I have organized educational and recreational activities with children and teenagers, always promoting a safe and loving environment. These experiences have reinforced my patience, empathy and commitment to the well-being of children.
