Dear host family,

My name is Johanna, I am 20 years old and come from Germany. I completed my training as a nanny and, during and after my studies, worked with children of various ages – from toddlers in daycare to teenagers in after-school care. I also gained valuable experience as a childminder at a riding stable.
Although I no longer work in the educational field, I still feel a strong connection to working with children and a desire to be actively involved in this environment again.
I decided to work as an au pair/nanny because I want to combine my joy of childcare with my curiosity about a new culture and language. For me, it's a wonderful opportunity to be part of a family, to shape everyday life with children, and at the same time to broaden my own horizons.
