Aline (28 / Ms. ), Mexican, Au Pair living in Mexico looking for Au Pair & Caregiver for elderly job in Mexico for 3-12 Months

Dear host family, Nice to meet you!

I am already very excited about getting to know you. But, first of all, I would like to introduce myself to you.

I am 30 years old and from the small city Pachuca in Mexico. With my parents, Patricia (54) and Juan (58), and my sister Mariana (26), I am living in a house that is located in an area full of nature. We have got one dog, who loves to cuddle all day. My father works as a Notary at a small firm, my mother works as a lawyer. Mariana is currently doing her Masters. Overall, we are a pretty large family, I have a lot of cousins.

I would describe myself as a reliable and caring person, who tries to make the best out of every situation.

I like spending time with my friends; they are – as well as my family – very important to me. Always trying to help, I’m always there for them if they need me.

Four years ago I did an apprenticeship as a Film crew member in Canada. Before the apprenticeship I completed my secondary school. I went to college in Vancouver Film School in Canada, where I majored in Makeup Design and Special Effects for Film and Tv.
At the moment, I work as a Skin care consultant at a local shop. I enjoy this job very much, because I am able to bond with many of my customers. I also work as an occasional nanny in town.

In my free time, I like to listen to music, go shopping or dance. Dancing is one of my favorite hobbies. Furthermore, I enjoy reading a good book and singing – even though I cannot sing. Every summer, I supervise children at a local camp. It is always a lot of fun!

For the past ten years, I took care of children of all ages from different families. I became very close to them and I cherish the time I have spent with them. When my sister was younger, I also took care of her, when our mom was working. Through this time, I have found out how much fun it is to have children around, I can’t imagine a life without them. At about age 19, I had my first Au pair experience in the US in a small town across the river from NYC, I didn't know how much I would love it, so later on I did it again across the UK, I have to say working with children has been a great learning experience.

My native language is Spanish but I'm fluently in English as well since I attended bilingual schools since kindergarten.

The reason why I want to be an au pair is that I want to get to know a new way of life as well as different cultures. Most importantly, it would be a great chance to spend an entire year taking care of children. And of course, it would be great to improve new language skills as well.

I hope we can develop a good relationship, working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful year with you and your kids. I am looking forward to talking to you.
