My name is Giulia, and I am excited to express my interest in becoming an Au Pair. I would love to share a bit about myself, and why I am passionate about this experience. I am a 22 year old student at the University of Turin from Italy, and I'm studying languages. I have always been fascinated by different languages, traditions, and ways of life, and I see becoming an Au Pair as the perfect opportunity to immerse myself in a new environment, learn, and grow. I believe you should consider hosting me because I bring a combination of maturity, responsibility, and enthusiasm to the role. I have previous experience working with children, whether through babysitting, tutoring, or volunteering at local childcare centers. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children, and I am patient, understanding, and flexible in adapting to different needs and routines. I would also love to help with light household tasks, as I know a busy household can require extra hands, and I am happy to contribute wherever I can.
I'm currently working as a babysitter here in my hometown with an 11 years old kid. I am eager to practice and improve my German skills and share my culture with your family. Last year I did an Erasmus Program in Bristol, England and the experience changed me; I had the opportunity to learn a lot about a different culture, I made friends and I had the chance to improve my English. I would like to do the same thing with my German, but in this new, challenging way. I have always loved children, I realized in my several years as an animator at my local church how much we can learn from them.
