I’m currently travelling in Europe on my “gap-year” after working in New Zealand for the last few years as a research scientist. I’m hoping to come to Austria to explore the country and extend my travel time away from home! I have worked with children since I was in high school, starting out with casual babysitting and working for a school holiday programme. I also have previous experience as a teacher aide for primary aged children. Throughout my university studies and in my working career I had an on going nanny job before school. This involved getting him (5yo boy) up and ready for school, and quick household chores. I was with this family for two years before I left home. I have also held a long term nanny position for a family with 3 girls aged 4-12.

I believe I have ample experience with children as well as experience in first aid as I am a trained lifeguard. I have worked with a wide range of children in schools and in play based care settings, as well as in au pair roles. I am the oldest of three, and have younger cousins so I have always grown up around kids.
