Hello! My name is Mariam and I am excited about the opportunity to become an au pair for your family.
I am a dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic person, always ready to help, learn and share. I love the idea of ​​exchanging cultures and creating authentic connections, making this experience enriching for everyone.

I have dual nationality and my native languages ​​are French and Spanish, so I can teach your children both languages ​​in a natural and fun way. In addition, I have lived all my life in Hendaye, in the French Basque Country, so I also speak Basque. I am currently studying Medicine in Barcelona, ​​which has allowed me to learn Catalan. On the other hand, I have a C1 level of English (Cambridge Advanced), which allows me to communicate without problems, and I have some knowledge of German. I am passionate about languages ​​and learning, so I am open to continue discovering new languages ​​and cultures!

I am a very active person and a sports lover. I surf competitively, run (I'm going to run the Barcelona marathon on March 16th!), swim, climb, and love hiking and trail running. I'm also very curious and I'm encouraged to try any new sporting discipline.

I also have a strong artistic sensibility. I studied 10 years at the conservatory and play the transverse flute. I'm passionate about crafts and DIY, so I always find creative and entertaining ways to play and learn with children.

Beyond being responsible, organized, and autonomous, I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I love playing with them, helping them in their daily lives, and proposing educational and fun activities. In addition, I know how to cook and can prepare typical dishes from my countries, such as a delicious potato omelette or a quiche. I'm also willing to help with household chores to make living together easier.

I also have a driver's license (automatic) since December 2023, so I have no problem helping with travel if necessary.

For me, being an au pair is not just about taking care of children, but being part of a family, sharing special moments and immersing myself in a new culture. I am ready to integrate into your home, bring joy and energy, and help with everything you need.

I would be available during these summer holidays from the end of June 2025 to the beginning of September 2025. I would like a 1 or 2 month experience!
