My name is Giovanna, I am 23 years old, and I am from Brazil, more specifically from Bauru, in the interior of São Paulo. I work as a banker at a cooperative called Sicredi. My native language is Portuguese, but I took English courses for 9 years, but I consider myself to be at an elementary level.

I am an only child of separated parents. I live with my mother, who works as a medical sales rep for a pharmaceutical laboratory.

Before working as a banker, I worked as a part-time nanny because I was a medical student, I took an online course and at the time I took care of a 1-year-old child. However, I have always taken care of my 3 cousins ​​since they were newborns. Today, the oldest is 10 years old, the middle one is 5 years old and the youngest is 1 year and 5 months old.

Just like medicine, I have always dreamed of doing an exchange program, learning a new language, and meeting new people. After all, what person from the "interior" doesn't dream of growing up? Today, more mature and with more experience, including professional experience, I feel ready for this new journey and there is nothing better than combining two things that I like the most: taking care of children + traveling. My goal, of course, in addition to gaining experience on this incredible journey, is to become fluent in a new language for future opportunities in the job market.
