Hi dear host family my name is Paloma and I would love to be your au pair, I am from Brazil and I living in Belo Horizonte – Minas Gerais It's a big city and it's a very beautiful, I am very grateful for Brazilian culture because I am very affectionate, communicative and a very happy girl, I am extremely empathetic and my mind is very open with everyone around me. I have started my degree in Management and now I am studying acting classes, I really love acting classes and I feel free when I am studying it or performing. My father's name is Reginaldo 62 years old and my mother's name is Maria 55 years old they are retired. They are my heroes, and they are aways supporting and encouraging me to go after my dreams. I have 3 siblings, Tiago it’s the oldest one, 33 years old, he works for himself, he is a plasterer. he is my niece's father , Agatha, who its now 4 years old, I am very close to them and aways helping taking care of her. Dayane is 32 years old and works with events. Aline is 29 years old , purchasing business analyst . As I am a very communicative person, I have many friends! and we are always together. I love hanging out with them and my family. I really like being outdoors, going to the mall, and seeing new places.
I really like children and I also really like getting to know new cultures, so this exchange is a perfect combination for me. I see how I can learn a new culture and also teach about my culture and language. I would really like to improve my English, and I see this exchange as a great opportunity for me, as well as personal and professional growth. I'm looking forward to it. My sister was already an au pair and it was great to see what this exchange can provide.
I moved out of my parents' house when I was 18 and since then I've lived with my dog ??Mag. I really like it because it has made me independent and responsible. I also learned to cook and take care of my home. I live close to my parents, it's about 40 minutes from my house and I always see them, they come to my house and I go to their house, they support me a lot. and we are always together.

Experience

Vitor, a neighbor's daughter, took care of him three times a week, from 5pm to 8pm, when he was 7 years old, in 2019. My responsibilities included picking him up from school, helping with homework, providing meals, participating in outdoor activities free and go to the Park. Lara, a neighbor's daughter, I looked after her daily from 5pm to 9pm, During my time with her in 2020 and 2021, she was 4 and 5 years old. My duties involved feeding her, giving her a bottle, bathing her, playing with her, putting her to bed, as well as accompanying her to the park. Baruch, who was only 9 months old and my friend's son, took care of him on the weekends. On Saturdays from 8am to 5pm and on Sundays from 8am to 2pm, my responsibilities included giving him a bottle, bathing him, putting him to bed, changing diapers. I cherished these experiences immensely, as I have a genuine affection for children. Each interaction taught me valuable lessons and brought immense joy into my life. I really like playing with the children outdoors, swimming, painting, playing with dolls, cars, and when I'm looking after several children together I like to involve them in games, and I feel very comfortable with that. Always taking great care and always ensuring your safety with great responsibility. I am very affectionate and I like to make children comfortable with me, always trying to listen to their emotions. In 2020 I received a very special gift, which was my first niece, it was really cool to follow her stages since she was just born. I live close to my brother, so I'm always around to help with the daily routines and look after her whenever necessary. I love so much her. She is currently 4 years old, when I take care her I give her a bottle, feed her, bathe her, put her to sleep, as well as taking her to play outdoors, painting, etc.
