Letter to the family

Dear Hostfamily,

my name is Julia, I am an 18-year-old student from Germany. I just graduated from grammar school in my home town Bielefeld. In my free time, I like to make art, read and go on walks with my dog Lucky. I also play tennis and like to cook for my family and friends. Since I was little my parents always took me on various vacations. I got the chance to see many places in Europe, which I am really grateful for. Since then I began to be passionate about other countries, their language and their culture. I am very open to experience and learn new things. I used to tutor 7th and 8th graders in Math in English in my school, therefore I have some experience working with children. I also have a great relationship with my younger cousin, in addition to that I watched the daughter of my parent's friends a few times. Even if don’t have experience in the Aupair world I am still open to getting to know it. Additionally, I am an only child, however, I always wanted to have siblings, that’s why I believe working as an Aupair could be a great opportunity for me to not only fulfill my dream of having sibling like people around me, but also to get to know new people, gain new experiences and learn about a new culture.
