Michaela (17 / Ms. ), American, Nanny living in USA looking for Au Pair & Live-in Tutor job in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore & Taiwan for 10-12 months

I would say my experience with children started fairly young, babysitting my nieces and nephews. I was also tutoring at a middle school for three years. As well as I currently have a job as a "Program Supervisor" at an elementary school (kindergarteners through 7th graders) where I plan activities and field trips during the summer and help with homework. I also play tons of games with them throughout the school year. Since I got my license I have been watching my neighbor's kids regularly in the mornings bringing them to school and picking them up after school in the evenings. Like I said previously I am also involved in “Radiant Readers“ where I teach 5-10 year old's English online! I also make it a goal during my free to spend with my nieces and nephews at the park because I understand my older siblings may not always have time for these things.

My main goal is to take advantage of the time in another country to learn about it and the culture, customs, traditions, more specifically language, and environment. I also have always wanted to be a nanny at one point in my life. I hope to make a really good relationship with my host family!
