Experience

I lived in Spain for six years, and for three of those years, I worked as an au pair. It was an incredibly transformative and rewarding experience, allowing me to immerse myself in new cultures while forming deep connections with the families I worked with.

I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to early teens. I’ve worked with both solo parents and larger families with up to three children. Each family was unique, and I truly cherished my time with them. Some became like extended family to me, and saying goodbye was often bittersweet.

Being an au pair has given me invaluable skills—not just in childcare but also in adaptability, patience, and understanding different family dynamics. I love creating a nurturing and fun environment for children, and I’m excited for the opportunity to do so again.
