Yusleny (27 / Ms. ), Colombian, Engineer living in Colombia looking for Au Pair job in Denmark for 1-24 Months

Hi Dear Host Family!

My name is Yusleny and in this letter, I want to tell you more about me and why I want to be your au pair.

I was born in Bogota. I live with my mom, my dad, and my little brother. For me is important to spend time with my family because they have taught me all the principles and values that I know. I have more relatives: my mom has 3 brothers and 3 sisters and my daddy has 3 brothers and 6 sisters, so in total, I have 15 uncles, 37 cousins, and their couples, that's why I say we are a huge family. We try to get together once a month to talk and share special moments. This is very important for me, taking into account that family is an essential element in society.

I have been working with kids for several years, I have taken care of my cousins and other relatives (they are a lot), and my neighbors' children. Additionally, I work as a Youth leader on weekends. I spend as much time with kids as I can because they are the most incredible human beings in the world. I can teach them things related to values, languages, and well-behavior, but they can teach me to be more creative, honest and the importance of appreciating the life with simple things, such as going to the park or camping as the greatest thing in the world.

On the other hand, I have more than 4 years of driving experience, several years in childcare, swimming and first aid, and Child psychology in psychomotor development certificates, which provide me by very useful tools in the care of kids. Additionally, I speak Spanish my mother tongue and Portuguese, so, if you want to learn or practice these languages I would be very happy to help you.

Over the years, I have learned a lot of things about children because every day with kids for me is a new experience and they are so curious, innocent, creative and happy. They teach me a lot of things and make me grow as a person, I became a more responsible, patient, tolerant and happy person.
