Letter to the family

Hey, my name is Lucy and I'm 20 years old. Since my nephew was born in 2021, I have been a nanny to him for his first two years of his life (I was living with him and my sister) and then on and off again in the last year. It was a great experiance and I have learned a lot in that time but now I've felt that it's time to get out into the world. Since I love children, I've decided that Au Pair would be a great solution to combine seeing more of the world with an activity that brings me joy!
I have also been a cook to a kindergarden group in the last three months. It was heartbraking saying goodbye to them even after being with them for just that short period of time but I feel that that was (as you could say) 'a necessary evil" ;)
I'm quite shy at the beginning, but still eager to meet new people and make connections all over the world!

Experience

As I've mentiond before, I'd like to experience more of the world.
Since I've been out of highschool for the past two years, I had been wondering a lot about how I could turn my lifelong interests into an actual way to make a living! With that process, I've found a wonderful college in Berlin (Germany), so if they accept me I'd start studying there from September 2025. Because of that I want to see as much as I can in the easiest way possible (for me) before being in the same city again for a couple of years!
