My name is Bonita I am studying French and Spanish at the University of Cambridge. I am a native English speaker, who enjoys playing rugby and cooking.

I am looking for opportunities over the summer months (June to September) to live in a French or Spanish speaking country and develop my language skills. I cannot wait to support my host family around the house and help your children with their needs.

I am very experienced in the childcare field. I spent 3 years teaching ballet to children under the age of 6 and 1 year coaching rugby to children under the age of 5. So, I have the ability to support children in their development and learning as well as through any difficulties they may face.

Experience

I started working with children at the age of 13, I was an assistant performing arts coach. My main responsibilities were to support children with learning choreography, song lyrics and scripts. I also focused on building the confidence of the children I encountered. With the same company, I also taught ballet classes to children under the age of 6. This role involved planning engaging classes and making sure my students progressed at an efficient rate.

To add this, I spent 1 year coaching rugby to children under the age of 5. My main roles were planning engaging sessions, supporting students with aspects of the sessions they found challenging and improving their core skills (teamwork, confidence, communication etc).
