I would like to work as an au pair because I love spending time with children, getting to know new cultures, and immersing myself in other languages. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to study in England for a year and live with a host family in Bristol. It was a wonderful experience: Living with a large family, caring for my younger siblings, and being part of their everyday life not only helped me improve my English but also helped me develop personally. I'm convinced that an au pair experience would now give me the opportunity to consolidate my German and experience a new culture firsthand.

Your family should take me in because I'm used to living with others, am tidy, responsible, and open. I really enjoy working with children and have already gained a lot of experience: During my studies, I taught English at a private school run by the Marcelline sisters. I also worked as a museum guide at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology (Ötzi Museum) during the summer months, where I was specifically responsible for the children's area.

I studied art and design at university, worked in an art gallery, and am currently training to become an art curator. These experiences have made me creative, patient, and good at organizing exciting and educational activities—skills that are also very valuable when working with children.

Although I currently live in Milan, where I have little opportunity to speak German, I would be delighted to immerse myself in a German-speaking environment again. Being part of your family would allow me to do just that—while also giving you my time, care, and support.
