Hello potential host families!
My name is Hope, I am an 18 year old girl born and raised on the sunny coast of Australia.
This program caught my attention as it combines both my love for travel and children!
I will commence my studies at Sydney University in Bachelors of Laws and Business in March 2026 following my gap year!!

I have just made the big move to the city (Sydney Australia). I am currently working in a French Patisserie.
I also volunteer at the local after school child care, preparing snacks and games for the children and overall just enjoying being in their company.
I am an extremely active and enthusiastic open minded individual, always excited for new experiences to come my way. I love going to the beach, camping, trying new foods and overall adventuring in nature, but I also appreciate being indoors, crocheting, watching films or simply reading. I absolutely love cooking whether it’s baking something sweet or trying a new recipe for my family I love being in the kitchen!

Now I want to tell you a little about my family, I have a loving Mother, Father and two siblings- one sister and one brother, I am the youngest of the three. I have a big extended family on my Mothers side but quite a small family on my Fathers, so a perfect balance of both worlds.
Being the youngest has perused me to become incredibly independent from a young age and I wouldn't have it any other way aswell as the Independence I have now gained from moving from my small home town to the city!

I believe I would be a wonderful au pair given my kind and humble nature. I am always motivated to help others where I can, putting myself aside when someone is in need, as my Mother has raised me to be. Not only do i feel i am right for this experience because of my ability to work with kids, but also with people in general, it has always been easy for me to build relationships with people given my friendly and inviting nature, always open to connect with new people.
I believe your children would love my spontaneous and bubbly character, open to fun and laughter.

When I come and join a family, I want to come not only as a nanny but as a new family member, I truly believe family is the most important part of life, so how amazing would it be to have two, one in Australia and one on the other side of the world.
