Hello Host Family!
I am a trustworthy babysitter with experience caring for children especially during summer breaks and weekends. My experience in performance art gives me skills useful for creating fun, engaging, creative and educational activities. While maintaining a stimulating environment I also keep a watchful eye on their health and safety. I am also a good cook, having spent my time at college and university working part time in a kitchen.

I'd like to think that I am a kind and nurturing person. I always try be a warm person that anyone can come to and feel safe and heard. My friends usually say that I am the mother hen of our group. In addition, I pride myself on being bubbly, energetic and free-spirited.

Experience

My aunt used to run a daycare for about 4 years and I spent a large portion of that time assisting. She usually took care of children ages 6 months to 5 years. After she closed her daycare, I spent time looking after my younger sibling and nieces. I enjoyed this time especially taking care of the babies and reading to them.

Becoming an au pair allows me to fulfill many goals at once. I love children, so I get to work with children. I get to do this all while travelling and experiencing new cultures and languages.
