My name is Chelsea and I am 24 years old! I currently live in Brisbane Australia with my friend and her cat! I have 2 sisters, and 2 dogs back at my parents place, and I currently work as a Child Care Educator. I hold my Certificate 3 in Children’s Services and currently have been working in the industry since 2016. I am also studying my Diploma, and am running my own room in a childcare service with 1-2 year olds.
I’ve always had the idea in mind of travelling and living in different countries, branching out into the world and seeing what it has to offer. I love children, and the ability I have to teach them each weekday is an honest blessing. I would love to experience being an Aupair so I can have the opportunity of looking at the difference of childcare in each country.
Being a child is valuable, on top of learning self help skills, children grow and extend on their development through the role modelling and excitement they have towards the world. On top of that, being an Aupair delivers the skills to not only help children grow in their safe environment, but it also gives parents and Aupairs the opportunity to explore, learn, and adapt to different cultures.
I think I would be perfect for an Aupair position and not just because of my experience in the childcare sector, but because of my love and admiration for the children that are raised in beautiful homes and heartwarming families. Hosting me into your family would give me great insight to the culture, your ideologies, and I would give a helping hand throughout your home.
