I have 5 years experience in nannying and a further 6 in child minding at a before and after school care. As a nanny I would care for 2 children between the ages of 3 and 7, picking them up from school, cooking for them, providing them with meaningful and educational activities, taking them to extra curricular activities and doing general cleaning around the house. Some of our favourite things to do was cooking and baking together, painting and crafting and playing sports like soccer and cricket outside. When I worked as an educator at an Outside School Hours Care, I helped looked after up to 115 children in an afternoon, coordinating fun activities and caring for up to 20 children independently, all while making sure each child was having a safe and happy time at the service.
