Letter to the family

I am a Childcare Educator in Australia. I come from a German family background , and am interested in living in Germany. I am also applying for German citizenship. I started working in Childcare as a Live-in nanny, specializing in infants and Toddlers. I found it very rewarding working with young children, as I helped them develop speaking skills, thinking skills and social skills. All of the children I worked with as a nanny turned out to be very positive young people. As the hours were long, with occasional overnights, I became like the 3rd parents to many of the children I cared for.

Experience

I started working as a Live-in nanny in Canada for several years, then in England. Here in Australia I have just done childcare in commercial childcare Centers. I did a 1 year Childcare training course in Canada, and a 2 year Childcare Diploma in Australia. I have also done other jobs, teaching swimming and gymnastics. While in England I coached an Olympic gymnast ! I once spent a 3 month summer working in France, speaking only French every day !
