Dear host family

My name is Selma I am 19 years old, and I come from a little suburb outside Copenhagen, named Broenshoej (Brønshøj in Danish). I have lived in Copenhagen most of my live, with my 2 younger siblings Arthur who now is 9 and Dagmar who now is 17. In my free time I like be active, working out, swimming, snowboarding and have played soccer most of my life. With that said my friends and family are a big part of my life, I have a big family with lots of cousins where I am the oldest. I also love traveling both with my family and with my friends, and I have explored both some parts of Asia, Africa, North America and most of Europe.

When I graduated elementary school (in America that is 1th -5th grade, middle school and 9th grade), I wanted to change things up a bit, and went on a high school exchange year in Utah.
I loved being a part of a family and experiencing new things, and that’s why I really want to be a part of your family, after I graduate high school (in America that would be the equivalent of high school but in 3 years consisting of mostly AP classes) the summer of 2025.
