Carla (23 / Ms. ), French, Student living in France looking for Au Pair job in Martinique, Reunion, Italy, Portugal & Spain for 1-3 Months

Dear host family!

First my name is Carla and soon I’m going to be 20. I live in Chantilly in the region of Hauts-De-France in France. I’m studying political science in the university of Amiens. I have a brother: his name is Alexandre, he’s 23 and he’s studying in a Parisian university. My mother is a lawyer, her name is Joelle and my father is a technician, his name is Fabrice. My personality: I am sociable in everyday life; I’m smiling and I try to enjoy it to the fullest be with my friends and my family. I also have my driver’s licence since 2 months but I drove for 2 years with my father.

My hobbies are playing piano since little. I love to go out to do some activities: walking, visiting new cities or museums, reading books and be with my friends and my family. I also love sports, especially cycling and hiking.

Furthermore, the last 2 summers I worked as a department employee on commercial distribution chains. But this summer, I want to do a new thing, that’s why I would like to become an au pair because I want to improve my English, I started speaking English about 6 years but I am not bilingual, I think I am at B2 levels. I also love watching English movies, and reading newspapers in English. My mother tongue is French and I had learned Spanish in high school.

I am available from the end of May until the end of August or early September! ?

Furthermore, I love to travel, for me becoming an au pair is a best way to reconcile both. I am someone who loves to travel and to discover new cultures, for me become an au pair is the best idea, in order to improve my English and at the same time discover the culture of a new country.

I love kids and I had been a babysitter when I was in high school for 2 families occasionally. One was a little boy aged about 6 years, and the other was a girl aged about 11 years. With these children, I helped them to make some homework’s, to draw, to help to clean their room, we play board games and we did cook :D.
